But the introduction in our country PPP is still a thing in the past two years, Because of the limitation knowing to PPP mode, makes it in practical application, utility is unable to give play to be the best, This paper passes the choice of PPP mode theoretical foundation correctly, not only stay in the field of microeconomics but also analyzed in terms of public theory that chose , And through organizing the research of the mode to PPP, PPP participates in each side's living in the game theory of the position in the project, hope to carry on the organization mode existing at present perfectly , make it should be more flexible at the time of the complicated environment day by day to the external world, maximum to balance interests relation of each side, so that resource optimization combine the result most, and combine the actual conditions of our country , propose that our country implements the PPP problem and countermeasure faced.
