How to improve the energy efficiency of the cigarette market and deal with the relationship between the management and service, and become the difficult problems and weak links of monopoly management.In this paper, we mainly study the current cigrette supervision and service word, research and analyze the current situation of the management and service of the cigarette market, and analyze the existing problems. The conclusion of this paper will be on the basis of the relationship between the administrative law enforcement and the Justice Department, the relationship between the market management and service, the concept of flexible law enforcement and the publicity of laws and regulations, etc., in order to make use of the relevant theory, the key points of the problem to develop the corresponding management and service optimization plan and formulate a suitable implementation strategy.
