With further deepening of China’s market economy system reform and further strengthening influence and pressure that WTO and WHO imposed on China’s tobacco industry, Impact of customer relationship management has become the sustainable development of China’s tobacco industry, a key factor. Therefore, CRM should be applied to tobacco and we should analyze its implementation in tobacco industry. This is an inevitable choice to achieve the goal of tobacco industrial sustainable development.Firstly, read through the literature method of customer relationship management theories carried out and re-define the meaning of Customer Relationship Management; used questionnaires, interviews, the tobacco industry through the operation of the status quo Dongkou customer management relationship, especially a focus on the present situation research, the tobacco Dongkou build customer relationship management system, the necessity and importance; Finally, the actual characteristics of Dongkou tobacco, the tobacco companies on a new strategy for customer relationship management system has been studied and presented in the new situation to build customer management system framework design; and proposed building with its own characteristics for customer relationship management system to implement security measures to ensure Dongkou tobacco Customer Relationship Management implementation.
