Factors Influenceing The Development Of Data Industry In Qinhuangdao

In recent years, with rapid development of Internet and information technology, the whole society gradually entered a new mode of production and life, the data collection and processing based data industry has gradually entered people's field of vision, data industry emerging industries as a national focus, is in a stage of rapid development. Qinhuangdao city within the scope of the national first to put forward the slogan of the development of data industry, established the first national data industry district in 2008, with the development of the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Qinhuangdao data industry ushered in the new round of development opportunities.This paper takes Qinhuangdao data industry as the research object, on the basis of a large number of literature reading and analysis,expound the definition and characteristics of the data industry and other related concepts. Based on grounded theory, collecting original data by way of field visit investigation, take the original data transcribed into text, using Nvivo software carries on the analysis of the influence factor of development,and set up the model of it. Come to the conclusion of public policy, human resources, market demand, regional factors, industry gathered, and further exploration and analysis of influencing factors. According to the analysis results, put forward relevant strategies and Suggestions of improve the positioning, industry clustering, the protection of intellectual property rights, establishing the talents training and introduction mechanism, strengthen the cooperation with universities and research institutes for the development of Qinhuangdao data industry.
