Research On The Influence Factors Of Industry-university Cooperation Mode Selection

With the development of global economy, the establishment of national innovation system is an important strategy for the sustainable development of China’s rapid economic measures. Industry-university cooperation as one of the important contents of the implementation of this strategy, has made great progress in recent years, gradually formed the pattern with the characteristic of our country.Although this cooperation has been fruitful in China, but it is still facing a number of problems as practical application disconnect with technological achievements, underpowered, unequal distribution of interests etc. In order to be able to effectively solve the existing problems and to promote the structure and benefits of the co-operative mode, This article from the angle of enterprises, studies the influence factors of co-operative mode selection, and provide reference for enterprises to carry out the production cooperation in the future.This paper analyzes the existing studies firstly. Comparative analysis of the characteristics of the different cooperation mode.Meanwhile, this paper tentative adopted the approach of grounded theory, through the way of open, spindle, selective coding,to identify the influencing factors of co-operative mode selection and constructed the theoretical model. From the perspective of grounded theory, deeply analyze the mechanism of the influence of various influencing factors.To further test theory model, this article adopts the way of questionnaire survey,through the reliability and validity test, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis, identify the main influence factors in the practice. Four factors have significant impact to cooperative mode selection.Finally, based on the theoretical model and empirical test results, this paper constructs the cooperative mode selection model,purpose is through the relevant index to measure plan to cooperate companies, evaluate the most suitable cooperative mode.At the same time, this paper gave the cooperative mode optimization policy suggestions from three aspects:strengthening the government macro coordination, strengthen exchanges and communication between university and industry, clear cooperative main body function.
