At present, the trend of globalization and industrialization of the world is becoming more and more obvious. There is a great contradiction between the small peasant operation mode and the industrialization trend in our country, which exposes more and more problems in the development of rural economy. Rural labor productivity is low, the level of rural productivity is not high, social cause development is backward, the farmer is added slowly. Rural production relations and the superstructure of some of the links are not adapted, and some even hinder the development of rural productivity. Especially after China's entry into WTO, the development of agriculture is facing both domestic and international challenges. How to deal with the challenges, improve the market competitiveness, realize the sustainable development of China's agriculture, and so on, there are a series of problems. To solve these problems in the development of China's rural economy, there are many ways and means to develop rural cooperative economic organization is an important way. Jilin province is a major agricultural province in the main grain producing areas of the country. It is of special significance to establish and improve the rural cooperative economic organization.
