A Study On The Development Of Rural Cooperative Economic Organization In JiLin Province

Since the enforcement of the reform and opening-up policy, there is a growing contradiction between the small productions and socialized market with the establishment of socialist market economy and the development of rural economy. The Sixteenth National Congress expounds the strategic goals for build a well-off society in an all-round way, the key is the development of the rural areas. At present, our country is in the low-level, non-round and disparate well-off society, the gap is mainly caused by the rural areas. There are a lot of problems in rural areas, such as the low labor productivity and productive force, the lagged social undertakings, and the difficulty of enrichment. Some links do not adapted between the rural production relation and superstructure, which even block the development the rural productive force. Being a member of WTO, there are double challenges for agricultural development. How to reply the challenges, how to increase the market competitiveness, and how to realize the sustainable development, all these problems can be resolved by developing the rural cooperative economic organization. This paper provides some feasible research results contributing to the economic development of Jilin province on the basis of discussion about establishing and perfecting the approaches of rural cooperative economic organization. This article includes the following five sections.Section one, expound the basic theory of rural cooperative economic organization and analyze the pattern establishment of rural cooperative economic organization. First, introduce the cooperative economic thoughts of classic writers and the west, second, define the rural cooperative economic organization, at last, and summarize the types of rural cooperative economic organization in China.Section two, analyze the development and course of rural cooperative economic organization at home and aboard, discusses the properties of rural cooperative economic organization in America, Japan and Taiwan, and what we have learned from these properties. Review the throughway accordingly from pre-liberation to new China foundation, and reform and opening-up before and after its enforcement.Section three, analyze the development situation of rural cooperative economic organization in Jilin province and its problems combined with the analysis on practical cases. First, introduce the development situation of rural cooperative economic organization in Jilin province, second, analyze two cases of rural cooperative economic organization in Jilin, at last, on the basis of above research, bring forward the problems during the development of rural cooperative economic organization and the main reasons.Section four, expounds the significance developing rural cooperative economic organization. First, analyze the importance of agriculture in Jilin province, second, analyzes agricultural regional features, at last, and point out the significant effect for developing rural cooperative economic organization.Section five, propose the developing strategy of rural cooperative economic organization. Some measures can be taken, such as fasting track, establishing and perfecting management system and operating mechanism, intensifying the inner management and government supporting system, supervising trial and demonstration, and enhancing farmer education.
