Since the new rural construction,the government proposed "production development, wealthy life,polite phenomenon,clean and tidy appearance and democratic management" requirements,construction of socialist new countryside.the policy promoted the dominant position of farmers in the new rural construction, at the same time, farmers have also been social and market test.Because individual farmers produce ability is very weak in the resist market risk.The emergence of rural economic organizations to solve farmers individual production and the construction of democracy at the grassroots level.Construction of rural economic organizations has the vital significance for the new rural construction、villagers’ autonomy、Democracy at the grassroots level construction and the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.In this paper,in the view of Modern economic cooperation theory、the state- the relationship of social structure and social theory,the views points the background in the new period of rural economic organizations and development opportunities.By investigating part of Guizhou economic organizations,research the new rural construction 、 social organization and the rural economy production for the socil construction.On the basis,from Five aspects,Participation motivation, organization integration, the government support policy, organization and management system,benefit safeguard mechanism,the author analysis of Guizhou on the problems existing in the construction of rural economic organization.Finally from the construction of economic organization motivation mechanism, integration mechanism, incentive mechanism,control mechanism,safeguard carried on the countermeasure suggestion.From the sociology perspective,research rural cooperative economic organization construction has important significance for new rural construction.in the early stages of the development of rural economic organization in guizhou, the scope of the construction of the rural economic organizations are still smaller.The main reason is that encountered in the process of building the influence from all sides. From the point of the interview survey analysis, perfecting the operating mechanismconstruction of rural economic organizations and achieve sustainable development,will be implemented in guizhou comprehensively promote the new rural construction.Therefore, the author thinks that guizhou rural economic organizations to achieve good development, from the early stages of economic organization construction has a perfect healthy operation mechanism is very important.
