Research On Strategic Of Technological Innovation In Harbin Electric Machinery Company Ltd.

Science and technology constitute the primary productivity. Technological innovation of an enterprise affects the maintaining of core competitive power directly. To a certain extent it determines the market share, and even related to the survival of the enterprise. Power generation equipment manufacturing industry has already entered an intense market competition stage. Severe situation drove the enterprise to capture the changes of market. To solve the problem of core competitive power, an enterprise has to analyze the internal condition and the external environment for itself correctly as the key point, plan the total object for technological innovatio n strategy, set up the innovation strategy which is suitable for itself, and develop a basic strategy for technological innovation. This paper takes the technological strategy as the research object combining with the business form and innovation condition of HEC.Research object of this paper is the technological inn ovation strategy of Harbin Electric Machinery Co. Ltd(hereinafter referred to as HEC). The main theoretical of this paper is based on the principle of technological innovation strategy management for enterprises. This paper discusses about the concept, classification, and the dominant mode of technological innovation, and analyzes the technology innovation strategy in the domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises which provides inspiration for HEC's technology innovation strategy. This paper also discusses about the technological innovation history of HEC, and analyzes the current situation and environment & conditions of technological innovation in HEC. It describes the level of technological innovation, concludes and deep analyzes the problems in the technological innovation work in HEC. According to the analysis of SWOT, a technological innovation strategy for HEC is set up. It also analyzes the macroscopic environment, industry environm ent, internal resource which have affected the establishment of technological innovation strategy, and determined the intension, main purpose, main task and scientific selection basis of technological innovation strategy for HEC. It elaborates and integrates the strategic choice from four aspects, i.e. the systems of scientific research, technology, quality management and personal management. The corresponding guaranteed measures and suggestions for HEC to carry out the technological innovation strategy have been stated at last.
