The Target Income Insurance Design Of Wheat In Hebei Province

Wheat as one of the main food rations of urban and rural residents in Hebei Province, while wheat industry is to maintain the rural economic development, maintaining social stability and food security pillar industry, Therefore, the stabilization of the wheat market has a close bearing on the interests of urban and rural residents’ consumption and planters’ income. All along, the Government has focused on the risk of wheat yield risk prevention and introduced a number of safeguards wheat yield insurance products, in order to protect farmers’ income. But in recent years, as the country continues to crop price liberalization, the impact of price risk on household income increases, the yield on the security role of the insurance income of farmers growing weaker.Based on this, this paper to the Hebei province wheat target income insurance were necessity and feasibility analysis, and learn from the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign related agricultural products target income insurance, from three aspects of government level, the level of the insurance company and insurance contracts of Hebei province wheat target income insurance is designed. At the government level, this chapter will be from two aspects of the laws and regulations of the government and the perfection of financial subsidies to support design; level of the insurance company’s design mainly carries on the elaboration from the estate price data accumulation and innovation of business model two aspects; the insurance contract design in this chapter main introduces the six aspects: the subject of insurance contract, insurance period, the amount of insurance, insurance premium, insurance compensation and liability insurance.
