In modern society, with the prosperity and development of commodity economy people are constantly improving the requirements of all aspects of life. Especially for food safety concerns reached an unprecedented height. Product freshness, quality and quality will have a certain impact on the purchase of consumers. Therefore, in recent years, the research on the logistics of cold chain products has increased day by day. It is particularly important to realize the win-win situation of the buyer and the seller by utilizing the advantages of cold chain logistics. There is no doubt that the coordination of prices in economic activities. Therefore, this article from the following two aspects and analyzes the role of price in the cold chain goods in stock.The ordering and pricing elasticity problem with a class of perishable fresh goods for the retailer is considered in one cycle, and the concept of price change point is introduced.The deterioration rate is represented by the three-parameter Weibull distribution, and the demand rate is the function of deterioration rate and the price together. The function of profit maximization is established. Solving the price function can be converted to a controllable Bolza problem which will get the optimal price representation. At last, a numerical example is presented to have a sensitivity analysis of the pricing policy on the profit and make a price elasticity analysis with a partial parameters change. It shows that with the time elapsed, the price gap is larger and larger; the more sensitive of the customers on price, the backer of the price turning point meanwhile the right time of price adjustment helps to increase profits.The inventory decisions and price coordination problems with a class of perishable fresh goods for two levels of cold chain system is studied. The goods replenishment lead time obey normal distribution. The deterioration rate is represented by Weibull distribution. Considering the safety stock coefficient, the mathematical model is established for the purpose of maximizing the profit of the cold chain system. Aiming at the problem of the retailer's profit in the integrated cold chain system, In order to realize the win-win members of the whole supply chain, the price coordination of the integrated optimal safety stock factor is carried out, and gives the price range of discounts. Further the sensitivity analysis and numerical example are analyzed. With the increase in inventory costs, the supplier needs to provide a higher price discount to ensure the retailer's enthusiasm in the supply chain system. In the process of price coordination of safety stock coefficient, the income of centralized decision is higher than that of decentralized decision, but the order number of the retailer does not have a significanteffect on the centralized decision.
