Research On Air Cargo Business Process Optimization Of Tianjin Airport

With the advent of speed economic times, the airport has become an important engine for attracting export-oriented economy. Air cargo is constantly changing to air logistics, and there is a huge space for development. At present, Tianjin Airport Economic Zone is planning the construction of aviation logistics park, the development of cross-border e-commerce, cold chain logistics, bonded warehousing and other businesses, and carried out smoothly and efficient operation of air cargo service is the basis to protect these operations. So it has a strong practical significance for optimization of Tianjin Airport Cargo business processes.Based on the deep analysis of Tianjin airport freight business process, drew cargo business flow diagram, and make business process modeling with Petri net modeling method,combined quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to verify the validity of the Petri net model, and propose optimization measures, based on incidence matrix restructuring, based on business process reengineering, based on the information value chain value-added and based on the key processes, to research on Tianjin airport freight business process optimization study, and obtained the comprehensive optimization of Petri net model, and used simulation tools of Tina to validate the optimized result. By contrast optimization model and simulation results, verified different optimization measures caused different effect level to improve work efficiency, and the contrast of comprehensive optimization results illustrate that the application of Petri nets has good applicability to promote Tianjin airport cargo business process. This research is based on the transport of general cargo,and has a certain guiding role for basic operation process, and the study of special cargo business process remains to be further strengthened.
