In recent years, perishable goods have become an important source of air cargo transport.However, as operation is not standard at the long-term, there are still many problems in the air cargo transport, such as loss of goods in transit.According to the present situation of air cold chain in China, the research of air cold chain in our country will provide good measures to solve these problems.There are three parts: firstly, it is the domestic and foreign research of present situation;The secondly, standard operating procedures of air cold chain was analyzed and summarized out the. In the third chapter, the basic principle of the HACCP and GO-FLOW methods have been introduced to evaluate the risk in the process of air cold chain; KPI index system was used for the evaluation of critical control points. Thirdly, an empirical research on medicine transportation was conducted and the critical control point will be distinguished.In the research, methods used are SOP, HACCP, GO-FLOW method, Delphy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. After the initial SOP, HACCP and GO-FLOW methods are also combined to distinguish key points in the cold chain process. At last, KPI system of the critical control points in the process of cold chain was established for the evaluation, which will be an important guiding significance to promote the safety of China's aviation cold chain transportation.
