Tea industry as one of the traditional advantage industry in guizhou province,The optimization of agricultural structure adjustment and the construction of ecological civilization in Guizhou province plays an important role in the construction of agricultural structure.Because of the unique geographical position and natural condition of Guizhou Province.In recent years, the tea industry in Guizhou province has been developing rapidly, Especially after the Guizhou provincial government promulgated the “ Guizhou province tea industry promotion action plan for three years”,but also for the development of tea industry in guizhou has made a scientific and rational strategic plan,to promote the development of the tea industry in Guizhou province is particularly important.Tea enterprise as the main body of market economy in the development of tea industry,the competitiveness of tea enterprises is directly related to the healthy and sustainable development of tea industry.The current,Guizhou province has three consecutive years of tea planting area first in the country.However, Guizhou tea enterprises are faced with smaller overall size and decentralized management,low comprehensive competitiveness;the low level of fine processing, serious waste of resources;weak competition consciousness, brand building lag; Lack of development funds and financing difficulties and other issues,to a great degree restricted the rapid development of tea industry in guizhou.Therefore,the research on the competitiveness of tea enterprises in Guizhou province and the Countermeasures of improving the competitiveness of tea enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance.By taking the current situation of the development of guizhou province tea enterprise as the breakthrough point,the main problems and influencing factors of the development of tea enterprises in Guizhou province are analyzed,On the basis of fully drawing on the existing research results, the evaluation index system of competitiveness of tea enterprises in Guizhou province has been built up.On the basis of this, the level of competitiveness of tea enterprises in Guizhou province wasevaluated by using analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that the competitiveness index of tea enterprises in Guizhou province was 82.913, at a generally low level and there is still a great room for improvement;The contribution of production capacity and sales ability to the competitiveness of tea enterprises in Guizhou province is the biggest, need to continue to maintain and consolidate;Technical ability, financial ability and integration ability are the important factors that restrict the development of tea enterprises in Guizhou Province,need to focus and improve.In order to further promote the competitiveness of the tea enterprises in guizhou,five countermeasures are put forward in this paper:To strengthen and improve the construction of talent team,establish a sound technical innovation support system for tea enterprises;Increase research funding and technical research and development efforts, focus on strengthening the ability of enterprise science and technology innovation;Implement the strategy of “Internet plus” tea industry,comprehensively improve the comprehensive competitiveness of tea enterprises in Guizhou Province;Actively cultivate leading enterprises or group enterprises with international competitiveness;Conform to the trend of supply side reform, promote the transformation and upgrading of tea products.
