According to the national twelfth five year plan, the nuclear power industry technology in the new energy industry has made clear the development requirements. By 2020, it will have to form the international competitiveness of a million kilowatt class nuclear power advanced technology development, design, manufacturing capacity. As an important part of nuclear power plant, the quality management of the conventional island project is very important. In order to avoid the risk of execution, the application of the contract quality clause and the execution of the contract should be concerned. To meet customer needs, you should improve the response of the quality terms to the customer. In this paper, based on the characteristics of China's 1000 mw grade nuclear conventional island project, we apply SWOT method to resolve contract standard quality clause, determines the importance of customer demand by the way of Quality Function Deployment, establishes the relationship matrix between customer requirements and quality characteristics. Draw Platon to draw on the biggest impact of the largest number of customer demand input, and then embedded in FEMA risk analysis. Proposed risk management measures, tracking and implement risk control measures. Based on the research method for application in practical engineering projects, through the establishment of the satisfaction evaluation system, evaluate the customer satisfaction index before and after improvement. Finally, realize the improvement of the customer satisfaction, effectively ensure the quality of the project contract signing and execution, and reduce the project risk.
