The 21 st century is a new era of the digital economy,in which time the information renovation influences and changes the people's way of life and work environment,so the development of the Internet has created new opportunities for enterprises and put forward new requirements to them.Enterprises not only need to improve the information technology,but also need to build a performance evaluation system for their own to achieve sustainable development in the tide of the times change.For every enterprise,the performance evaluation is a highly valued link of enterprise operation.Through the correct results of performance analysis,we can summarize and reflect on the past management of enterprises,at the same time we can plan the guidance for the future development direction.Although the emergence and application of e-commerce can help enterprises to expand the market,improve operational efficiency,reduce operating costs and provide development opportunities for the enterprises constantly,all kinds of uncertain factors put forward new demands on enterprise performance analysis because of the new environment and the characteristics of e-commerce enterprises.Traditional methods of enterprise performance evaluation are no longer applicable to e-commerce enterprises,and through the single analysis of financial indicators has been unable to meet the standard of enterprise performance evaluation,electronic commerce enterprises need scientific and reasonable performance evaluation tools.The Balanced score card in the performance analysis of electronic commerce enterprises can effectively solve the above problems and use financial indicators and non-financial indicators to analyze the relevant factors to effectively evaluate the operating performance of enterprises.This article summarizes the related theories through the literature research at home and abroad.According to the specific business situation of SuNing Commerce,the article builds the performance evaluation index system of e-commerce enterprises based on the financial,customer,internal business,learning and growth,combined with the level of e-commerce.With the help of AHP,the article makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluates scientifically based on the influencing degree of each index to offer scientific decision-making of e-commerce enterprises reliable basis and guarantee.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,ideas and methods of the research,the content and innovation points of the research.The second chapter is the literature review that mainly summaries the relevant research status of domestic and international.The third chapter is the related theory which elaborates the basic theory,including e-commerce,performance evaluation,Balanced Score Card theory of this paper.The fourth chapter is the analysis of SuNing Commerce's background and current situation.The fifth chapter is the analysis of SuNing Commerce business performance,which constructs the performance evaluation system of the electronic commerce enterprise based on the Balanced Score Card,then determines the weight of indicators through AHP and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the efficacy to get the results of performance analysis.The sixth chapter puts forward the measures for the implementation of the e-commerce enterprise performance analysis.The seventh chapter carries on the appraisal summary and the forecast.
