Under the influence of the Internet Plus,many enterprises have put forward the strategic level of information construction,in order to realize the process reengineering,improve efficiency and create value.S company was influenced by this trend of thought and implemented the ERP project.The project has the characteristics of high cost,wide spread,long cycle and high risk.after 1 year of the operation of ERP,the company departments have different opinions on the use of the system,and some people say it is OK,while some people say it is bad.The company executives are eager to get an objective evaluation of the use of the system.At present,there is no uniform standard for how to objectively evaluate the operation effect of ERP system,so it is necessary to analyze the specific situation of S company.Through literature retrieval,expert scoring,interviews and other forms,this paper analyzes the current situation of ERP operation of S company,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics to conduct quantitative analysis of the collected data.The objective and quantitative evaluation of the actual effect of ERP operation of S company is givenBased on the review of relevant performance evaluation based on the theory by comparing their advantages and disadvantages,combined with the actual situation of S company,our team determined to expand the balanced scorecard model to designevaluation index system which meet the requirements of the S company.That is to say,compared to the original card financial dimension,customer dimension,internal processes and learning and growth dimensions,taking into account the company is currently in a period of rapid development,and the existing business processes may at any time due to changes environment to adjust,we add the fifth dimensionof the scalability of the system.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)the implementation effect of ERP should be considered both in the global and in the long term.It should not be limited to negative evaluations of certain people or indicators.(2)the balanced scorecard can deal with the long-term and short-term balance,the overall and local balance.However,its use should be combined with the actual situation of the company to make appropriate transformation.(3)the quantitative analysis of non-financial indicators in the evaluation system can be conducted by means of AHP and fuzzy mathematics.(4)the evaluation method used in this paper can provide a useful reference for other enterprises to evaluate the operation effect of ERP...
