With the release of the 13 th “Five-year plan”, the nuclear power is playing a vital role for the country's development, the State is also to promote the construction of nuclear power while the quality management process determines the safe operation of nuclear power plants, nuclear power plants and therefore the quality of management process optimization becomes necessary. This article delve into the quality management process X power plants, nuclear power plants on the basis of presentation and related quality management theory, using FMEA method of quality management processes X Station doing failure modes and effects analysis, find the management errors which had greater impact on whole process of quality management is X station, these quality management errors will occur throughout the quality management processes cause great harm, leading to X power plant there may be quality or safety issues. And these errors identified, enabling employees performing quality assurance activities in a timely self-correcting, during the surveillance targeted quality assurance personnel. And through the mass event X power plant, there had been a case study to explore the root causes, to identify errors in the quality of management processes and previous use FMEA method to analyze the failure mode was compared, reflecting the X-Station quality management processes do exist in these greater impact on quality management errors. Six Sigma management method to analyze the document and design change process, to identify weak points in the process, to propose measures to the process is optimized. Also studied X power plant quality assurance process problems and propose targeted improvement method, and finally to quality management processes X power plant is optimized.
