Six Sigma Management is the most advanced quality management method now. It is based on customer requirements, and searches for process improvement with data and fact. Creating benefits for the organization and providing better service to customer to improve customer satisfaction is the final propose.This thesis stands on the quality situation of Company A, and takes effort to put six sigma management into practice with ISO9001 as a foundation. The six sigma structure is built up upon company organizational chart, and employees'responsibilities are re-arranged after related six sigma knowledge was trained. DMAIC is the main idea which goes through the whole project, the process capability and sigma level for both before and after project improvement is evaluated to define the critical processes and factors. Then these processes and factors can be precisely managed by project. MSA is implemented in the data collection process, and RSM is applied to optimize process parameters setting. The organization can improve its performance gradually by defining the project priority via six sigma analysis. Finally, six sigma objectives can be approached. |
