Li-ion battery, as one of the new ener gy materials is in a flourishing period for the development. With the breakthrough of the key technologies and ne w materials, Chinese Li-ion battery industrial will de velop rapidly and successfully in the following years, even though it just got started comparing with the same filed in Japan and America. But in the next few years, it is expected to maintain rapid and healthy development.The demand of lithium-ion battery in China m arket will account fo r larger and larger proportion gradually in the years to come. This growth mainly depends on the makert demand of mobile phone, notebook com puter, power bank, electric bicycle, electric tools, electric vehicle and lar ge energy storage battery. The above downstream industries are basically concentrated in China which is he lpful for the development of Chinese lithium-ion battery industry.Based on the background of the favorable environm ent, this paper m ainly analyses the status of the cell m akers in the w orldwild and the dom estic market of applications for mid-small size lithium battery by means of to set LWN as a blueprint for analysis.In the p rocess of analy sis, the tools of SW OT, Michael P orter five forces m odel, 4P marketing theory and other professional theo ry knowledges are adopte d to fix the m arket position of L WN lithium ion polym er battery in order to get the product s trategy and marketing plan. In the last, the risk analysis is carried out for the expected revenues.
