In consideration of national energy safety, energy conservation and emissionreduction, industrial adjustment and stimulating domestic demand, the new energyindustry are to be developed at a high speed in future. And as one of the key newenergy industry supported by the state policy, the project technology research anddevelopment and industrialization production of Lithium-ion battery industry receiveslots of investments in terms of manpower, material resources and financial resourcesfrom the country. In order to ensure our country’s lithium-ion battery’s leadingposition in the world, and make project investment decision-making more scientificand reasonable, the thesis is to research and analyze the economic feasibility studymethods for the expansion project of Li-ion battery industry, especially for the rapidlydeveloped Polymer Li-ion battery, and make comparative analysis on all kinds offixed assets investment, and compare its influence degree on economic benefit, so asto further perfect the economic evaluation theory method for expansion project, inorder to provide theoretical support and reference to improve the Polymer Li-ionbattery industry expansion project investment decision making.This thesis is mainly divided into six sections to introduce the theoretical methodof the feasibility study of Polymer Li-ion battery industry expansion project and itsapplication in practical. The first section analyzes the present economic developmentsituation domestically and abroad, explains the feasibility of the extension project ofexternal environment. The second section analyzes the current development of Li-ionbattery industry domestically and abroad and its development trend, explains thefeasibility of Li-ion battery industry. The third section introduces the enterprise andexpansion project background, and analyzes the necessity of Polymer Li-ion batteryexpansion project. The fourth section, based on the feasibility study methods for thegeneral construction project, analyzes the characteristics and framework of Li-ionbattery expansion project feasibility study. The fifth section studies the influence ofall kinds of fixed assets expansion on the project economy and improves theeconomic evaluation method for Li-ion industry expansion project, according to theexisting construction project economic evaluation characteristics. The sixth section,combined with the Company’s Polymer Li-ion battery expansion project, summarizesthe economic evaluation method for Li-ion battery expansion project, and theapplication in the practical work.
