Research On Effect Of Agricultural Insurance To Farmers Income In China

Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development, but it is weak, and its risk coping ability is feeble. Therefore, the development of modern agriculture can not be separated from agricultural insurance, agricultural insurance can spread agricultural risks in time and space. Both The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC and the proposal of the thirteenth National Economic and Social Development Five-Year Plan from Central Committee of the Communist Party of China have clearly proposed to deep rural financial reform and improve the agricultural insurance system. In the central file, the agricultural insurance is a word often mentioned. So it is visible in the development of the agricultural economy and the development of agricultural production that the state devoted considerable attention on issues related to agriculture insurance.For a long time, the party and the state have been working to solve the rural problem, and committed to addressing the farmers' income, the problem affects not only the development of agricultural economy, but also to agricultural production has brought a huge impact, and is the core of the rural issues. Agricultural insurance can play an effective role in improving farmers' income areas? In this paper, the effect of agricultural insurance on the income of farmers is studied from the perspective of the effect of agricultural insurance benefits and the demand of agricultural insurance. This article consists of five parts, the first part is an introduction,which introduces the background of the selected topic and the research progress of the current domestic and foreign researches. The second part is a brief description of the relevant theory of this paper, including agricultural risk and agricultural insurance, agricultural insurance benefits effect theories, and dynamic panel data analysis method. In the third part, this paper first analyzes the overall development of China's agricultural insurance from historical and realistic angles. Secondly, it describes some of the theories and concepts in the text of the application, from the two aspects of premium payment and payment, analyzes the effect mechanism of agricultural insurance in China, and then puts forward the main problems in the promotion of farmers' income. The fourth part of the use of empirical research methods, combined with China's agricultural insurance related data, from the three aspects of the premium payment, payment amount and the total effect, the impact of agricultural insurance on the level of income of farmers. In the fifth part, based on the summary of the research results, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to realize the positive interaction between agricultural insurance and farmers' income, mainly including the proposal which relying on agricultural insurance to establish a long-term mechanism to promote farmers' income, increase agricultural insurance support to the central and western regions, promote the construction of agricultural catastrophe insurance, strengthen the supervision of agricultural insurance.The innovation of this paper are as follows. Firstly, using panel data for empirical analysis, which is compared with time series, not only expand the sample information, and reduce the variables of the total linear, improve the accuracy of the estimated results. From two aspects of agricultural insurance premium expenditure and payment, the model introduces the per capita capital, human capital, urbanization rate and other important control variables. Finally, the empirical analysis of this paper includes the national level, the difference between the eastern and western regions, which in the previous research is rare.
