In the economic development environment of the new normal, China's economic slowdown led to the decrease of coal demand gradually, while the coal production capacity has increased.With the adjustment of industrial structure, the rapid development of hydropower, wind power, nuclear power and other new energy industries, people produce the distant mood of coal consumption,especially with the generation of disastrous haze pollution recently in China.Domestic market mechanism has not been perfected, as a result of that, ports have become increasingly intense and more and more enterprises were associated with vicious competition.To enhance the core competitiveness of port, the only way which the port company could choose is to make sure that themselves get more profit and reduce operation costs.First of all, based on the relevant literature, the study has organized some related theories, such as customer management, customers value,the evaluation methods and other related studies.Second, by analysis of the business and customer management, simple introduction of Qinhuangdao port can be made,it also raises the issue of management of Qinhuangdao coal customers, and provides the following customer value evaluation by the customer provided a realistic basis for classification.Once again,in order to build customer value evaluation index system of constructing Qinhuangdao coal, the scientific research item choose to study Qinhuangdao port coal customer value factors,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for evaluation and classification of customers, so as to adopt different management strategies for different customers.Finally,the study suggests taking measures from several aspects for customer management,such as management strategies, organizational framework and business processes, information management systems, customer management systems, business capacity and awareness of non-business services.This study is designed to evaluate the consumer value of category management, the port can adopt a flexible strategy to deal with a variety of clients, guarantee profit maximization.
