Human resource is the core competitiveness of an enterprise, and talent, playing a most important role in the development of the enterprise, is the most important part of human resources. Especially today in the rapid development of market economy,what the most important is in the competition between enterprises comes from the talent competition. However, due to factors, such as the social high speed development, the rising enterprise problems and increasingly active talent competitiveness, brain drain is more and more serious. So, for state-owned construction enterprises, they not only has the characteristics of state-owned enterprises, but also has the characteristics of construction enterprises, in the face of the impact of high speed development from market, the brain drain problem need to be solved timely.H construction enterprise is a state-owned enterprise. in a "malaise" market economy era, in the face of not sound internal mechanism and the external competition from the rapid rise of the multinational companies and private companies and, a large number of brain drain are caused, which not only lead to the loss of national human resources, has also less competitive of the enterprise. So enterprise development comes into a difficult position. Therefore, how to retain talent and to reduce the brain drain is the priority of H construction enterprises. So, to study H construction enterprise of the reasons of the loss of talent and to understand the trends and characteristics of brain drain are need, and then some countermeasures for improvement will be offered lately.Based on the above problems, this article refers to the related data of brain drain,and then preliminarily research the situation & reasons of brain drain of H construction enterprise. Otherwise, considering the research of predecessors and the status quo of H construction enterprises, the questionnaire is designed, secondly,according to the results of the survey data, by using SPSS statistical analysis software,the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, letter validity analysis, T test andmultiple independent samples Kruskal Wallis test are conducted. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, suggestions to prevent the brain drain are offered from three aspects: individual, corporate and national.
