Research On The Airport Concession Mode Selection Of China

With large and medium sized airports' scale gradually up, the managed mode becomes their choices, and concession becomes one of the key factors in the transformation. From the experience from abroad and medium-sized airports, the chosen model about concession is an important factor in promoting the development of the airport. However, due to the types of airport concession model are various, the selection of the concession mode work must be done well. From the situation of concession in airports, despite the good results have been achieved in a number of specific projects, but it seems that the choice of the model selection is learned from the successful experience or management subjective decision, the lack of systematic and scientific evaluation and selection of quantitative methods is serious and what kind of concession mode is suitable is not clear.In this paper, the theory of the airport concession is in a certain degree of research, and the classification of the airport concession model are summarized and induction, and analyzes the problem in our airport concession undertaken process. Singapore, Chinese Hong Kong, Xiamen airports are as a case study and analysis were carried out on the concession business model to carry out a common mode of concession. Also, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluation index system are used to construct an airport concession mode selection method. Finally, an example, X airport's 12 non-aeronautical operations are as examples to verify the method.
