The product structure is unreasonable. The raw material is excessive dependence on foreign. All of these show that the technology innovation ability of China's iron and steel industry is low. In order to improve this situation, reinforcing iron and steel enterprise especially state-owned iron and steel enterprise's technology innovation ability becomes a way of breaking through the bottleneck and winning for their own development.Based on this, this article uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method to carry out in-depth study.After looking up the technical innovation of the literature and understanding the research status and trends of the rating system and evaluation model of technology innovation at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of state-owned iron and steel enterprise itself, this article designs specifically a set of technological innovation ability evaluation index system and evaluation model and puts Tang Shan Iron and Steel Group Company as the object of empirical study, builds the evaluation model with fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the research.The research of state-owned iron and steel enterprise technology innovation ability evaluation system and model can make them know the disadvantage of their own technological innovation ability and improve specifically. This can make state-owned iron and steel enterprises more clear their own weakness, increase specifically investment in innovation, improve the innovation ability, adjust the industrial structure and promote the healthy and stable development of economy in our country. |
