The Research On The Evaluation Model Of Scientific And Technological Innovation Ability

In this age of rapid world economy development,science technologies are changing enormously.To Social economy develop,the influence of comprehensive competitiveness is bigger and bigger.the comprehensive competitiveness of every country in the world is turning into technologies competitiveness,obviously the important of science and technology innovation has become the economic growth.Therefore,scientific and technological innovation of a region is also reflect the comprehensive competitiveness of the region,the ability of technology and science innovation raise,therefore,one country has a dominant position in the world and the provincial competition.Based on the present situation,this paper will evaluate the innovation ability of science and technology research in China.The main results were as follows:1.The concept and connotation of science and technology innovation ability,and scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation indexes,etc,on the basis of research,combined with the status quo of research at home and abroad to build the research frame of evaluation of science and technology innovation ability;2.Through the innovation of science and technology investment,science and technology innovation output,innovation supporting ability of science and technology,science and technology innovation benefit four aspects to build the ability of science and technology evaluation index system,and on this basis to establish the scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation model based on principal component analysis;3.Except Tibet and outside of the country's 30 provinces and cities as the research object,collecting statistics,using SPSS software,from science and technology innovation investment,science and technology innovation output,innovation of science and technology support ability,scientific and technological innovation efficiency evaluation on four aspects respectively,and the provinces in the country to assess overall level of science and technology innovation ability;4.From the change of government functions,the cultivation of talents and the introduction of,pay attention to the innovation of the enterprise,the construction of the science and technology intermediary service system,strengthen the cooperation between the production,put forward suggestions and countermeasures.
