As China's economic development and people's income has grown, tourism developed rapidly. As one of the prominent sunrise industry among others, the tourism industry has both A promising future and problems in various Aspects. These problems led to a decrease on confidence of tourists to travel Agencies, so that the development of tourism companies encountered obstacles, even reach the stage of bottleneck. How to overcome these obstacles will be presented in this paper- CYT travel service model- customization experiential travel.This personalized custom service model of experiential tourism, is for individuals, families or groups, according to their respective tourism purposes, their own conditions and other factors, after considering the development of the route and itinerary. This paper take the China Youth Travel agency for example, combined with college Tourism alliance as CYT supplement to compare, to interpret the meaning of this traveling mode. Full paper includes: description of customized travel pattern, applicable travel company type, feature of the target customer groups, basic conditions of supply chain, the expected increase of value chain, how travel agencies and their online e-commerce are combined, as well as delivery problems that may arise in the process of service and ideas expands, its significance for the future development of tourism and other aspects.This article will take advantage of travel services in the actual case to demonstrate improvement of customization service model to the current industry operations. Hoping to help different types of tourism companies to find their own directions of development. I believe that through an innovation service model, the future of China's tourism industry will meet more opportunities and challenges.
