Wechat Writing Research On Local Government Affairs From The Perspective Of Modern Communications

Since the government WeChat year of 2013, Chinese government WeChat has developed maturely and played a significant role in improving the social management and public service. However, there still exist many problems in the process of transmission and writing of government WeChat, such as the weak operation, the fake WeChat accounts and the unqualified deficient information spread on WeChat, which emergently need to be resolved.This thesis primarily uses literature research, case studies, interdisciplinary research, qualitative analysis and other research methods. It focuses more attention on the writing, transmission, exposed problems as well as the solutions of Chinse local government's WeChat. This thesis is divided into five parts. Firstly, it expounds the background, definition and the current developing situations of the local government's WeChat. Then the thesis concentrates on analyzing the writing characteristics, writing techniques and writing requirements of the local government WeChat. Based on fully mastering the writing techniques of WeChat, the author mainly explores how to follow the writing requirements and avoid potential writing risks in such perspectives of content, language and patterns of manifestation.Finally, according to an overall analysis on the numerous WeChat texts, the thesis provides the solutions to deal with those problems arising in the process of transmission and writing of WeChat. The related departments shall timely strike and correct the fake content on WeChat. The departments shall send responsible people in time to communicate with the public and have mutual interactions. The writers of WeChat shall try their best to skillfully make the WeChat content useful and colorful in a various style to help improve the force of spreading WeChat. The conclusion comes up with some expectations and predictions that local government WeChat acting as a new practical writing style and an online political platform can better serve the local government and the public.
