Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government WeChat Of Baotou Taxation Bureau

At present,China has 847 million mobile Internet users,509 million online government service users,and more than 100,000 government affairs WeChat accounts.In order to promote the modernization of taxation,the State Administration of Taxation has deeply integrated the research and innovation achievements of the Internet with taxation work and launched the "Internet+Taxation" plan.The goal of this plan is to integrate online and offline,form a unified front and back office,expand the application field of tax information,and promote management change and service improvement."Internet+taxation" is also the basis for the modernization of taxation work and provides an effective and important guarantee for the governance of the country.Tax WeChat,as a product of "Internet+Tax",provides taxpayers with a variety of convenient online services.The tax system government WeChat covers the disclosure of tax information,online query of related tax information,and real-time interaction between the government and users.Government WeChat is the "bridge" between taxpayers and tax services,and has become the tax system's governance.New platform.However,as a new thing,tax administration WeChat also encountered many problems in the development process.Some tax WeChats are neglected after management and even become "zombie numbers";some tax WeChats cannot be answered in a timely manner because of submitted questions,resulting in a poor user experience for taxpayers,so they no longer use the tax WeChat they pay attention to.This article takes the government affairs WeChat of Baotou Taxation Bureau as an example,starting from the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,focusing on "the development status,existing problems,and reasons of Baotou Taxation Administration WeChat" and "improving the countermeasures and suggestions of Baotou Revenue Administration WeChat" Topics were elaborated,and finally,feasible suggestions were put forward.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide a certain reference for the construction and development of the government affairs WeChat of the Baotou Taxation Bureau and even the government taxation of the national tax system,which will actually bring convenience to taxpayers' production and operation.
