Study On It Planning Of A Coal Enterprise

IT Planning(IT Strategy Planning) is a process, which under the guidance of enterprise development strategy, to analyze, assess the enterprise's IT status, combined with the development of industry IT practical experience and the latest IT trends, and puts forward the IT vision, goals and strategies, the system application architecture, the data architecture, the IT infrastructure, IT governance and the implementation roadmap.In this thesis, firstly, it discuss the background and significance of the project, introduce the development of IT planning theory, including the three stages of the ITSP theory, and the definition of the SAM strategy used in this paper.Secondly, according to the SAM theory, it analyze the requirements of the Y group's business development, and develop the IT strategy. Combined with the IT strategy, through the ability analysis, carry out the overall planning(focusing application system) of Y group, including headquarters and coal production and trade, coal chemical, coal machine manufacturing, construction, power generation, other business enterprise six plate.Thirdly, according to the project features, including the project construction direction, project dependencies, project priority, develop the project plan. At the same time, according to the cost estimation model, estimate the cost of each project.Finally, it analyze the shortcomings of the thesis and prospect the follow-up work.
