On Problem Of Rural Financial Management In M

Rural financial management is of great significance for rural economic work, which directly relates to the villagers' interests, plays an important role to maintain stability in rural areas and promotes rural economic development of the foothold. However, due to its economic and social development, M town has many existing problems in the operation of the rural financial management mode and cannot meet the needs of rural financial management. So the old mode of rural financial management is no longer suitable for M town. The purpose of this paper is to study the improvement of financial management mode of M town and promote M town village level financial management work.Firstly, the concepts of rural financial management and rural financial management mode should be clear, and the definition, connotation and their relationship would be expounded in order to lay theoretical basis for this paper. Secondly, the existing five kinds of rural financial management mode in the new period of should be comparative analysis, including concrete practice of five kinds modes, development course, advantages, disadvantages and suitable conditions, to provide practice to solve these problems. Thirdly, this paper would describe the current model and find M town problems in four aspects of rural financial management, and analyze the causes of these problems, in order to find and analyze problems and solve a problem by reason. Finally, according to the cause of the problem and the theoretical and practice basis, this paper would aim at improve the rural financial mode, from establishing rural accounting commissioned agency, constructing accounting supervision system and a sound system of internal control. In all, this paper would improve rural financial management mode in M town and provide reference for rural management work in M town and similar towns.
