| As an important part of the airline management, scientific and appropriate aircraft assignment can not only guarantee the piloting safety, but also improve the flight punctuality rate of flight and reduce the operating costs for the airlines. With the rapid development of air transportation industry, flight delays become increasingly serious, the methods to improve the flight punctuality rate and the passenger satisfaction is a problem to solve. Here exist several factors that will lead to the flight delay, including air traffic control, weather, airline and so on. As unforeseen obstacles, weather factors are constantly in high proportion. Based on this, this paper focuses on the optimizing of the flight connection problem of schedule arrangement and research the optimizing of aircraft assignment under the weather interference. It mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, this paper analyzes the mainly weather interference that causes the flight delays and establish the corresponding index system of the weather interference according to historical data statistics. Secondly, it researches how to grade the potential risk of flight delay and use the combination weighting method to divide it into winter-spring and summer-autumn. The next thing to do is to determine the weight of each delay target and evaluate each flight ’s level of potential delay risk by vague evaluation technique. Then, it studies the probability distribution of flight delay caused by weather factors through historical data and acquires the expectations of the affected flight delays in the former schedule arrangement. Then on the basis of the first two steps, in the original crew and the original scheduling plan of aircraft, flight route online under the condition of unchanged, in order to optimize the total delay spread before and after the difference between the maximization as the objective function, respectively set up points season of scheduling plan optimization model and tight constraints model, optimize the flight of standing time; Finally a domestic airlines flight data as example, to verify and compare the original scheduling plans, loose constraint model optimization results and close the advantages and disadvantages between the constraint model optimization results. Surface of the results of the study, season of loose and tight scheduling plan optimization model under the restriction of under the constraint of scheduling optimization model are compared to the original scheduling plan reduced the amount of time delay spread, and loose constraint model optimization effect is more obvious. |
