In the era with rapid economical and social development, the relationship between companies and the employees is based on the "contract". There contains not only the content of formal employment provisions, but also the implicit, informal and unwritten mutual expectations in such kind of relationship, which is a sort of psychological contract. Despite the fact that it is not explicitly stated in the employment contract, it has become a powerful incentive in organizational behavior for corporations.With the advent of information technology and knowledge-based economy, employees have become the most core resources of firms for they are the main creators of the company's value who carry knowledge, skills, information and know-how. In such kind of context, the team has become the most prevalent and effective form of organization for them. As a growing number of organizations and companies begin to hinge on team to complete the task, improve productivity as well as reach common goals, it has been playing an increasingly important role in modern company. Organizations and institutions have given much more primacy on how to build an effective team and how to optimize it. With respect to traditional employees as well as the traditional employment relationship, the study on the team optimization management from the perspective of psychological contract may make new breakthroughs in methods to motivate staff and improve corporate management.This study is based on analysis of the 155 valid questionnaires out of 157 about staff psychological contract which is conducted in the Shared Service Center of D Company by utilizing scientific statistical analysis tools. The effective response rate is 98.73%. It analyzes the impact the staff psychological contract has upon team management from the perspective of psychological contract with the aim of propounding some strategies to optimize the team management in the Shared Service Center of D Company. Some conclusions can be drawn as follows in this paper:1.The staff psychological contract in the Shared Service Center of D Company has a wide range of contents. Development and standardization are the main focus of the employee in accordance with the importance of items they perceive. It also reflects that the higher level needs have become more pronounced after their needs for survival and safety have been met.2. The degree of the impact of the psychological contract upon different staff is different on the basis of the survey. This paper aims to find out the reasons for the differences and further analyze the staff psychological contract in the Shared Service Center of D Company.3.
