In the context of economic globalization,regional economic integration of crazy swept by,enterprise external environment will then earth-shaking changes,infighting between enterprises is more prone to.Why in the vagaries of the business environment for enterprise's foothold,to seek the sustainable development path,has become the major problems facing today's businesses.Now,behind the traditional dissecting the organizational structure of enterprises have increasingly,they are starting to follow the developing trend in flat.A flatter organizational structure can be low cost,meet the demand of elastic and has faster response speed,but it has increased the leadership of the work burden,so leaders in a way that is awarded to employees power boost competitiveness.Through leading authorized can excite the work enthusiasms of staff,and their own potential,to make staff sincerely love team,voluntary contribute to the team,will step by step change team performance,then eventually show organization powerful competitive advantage.In a nutshell,is that the development team members through psychological perception,fully arouse the subjective initiative of members,allows members to full of confidence and hope in the face of pressure and challenges,thus in adverse environments can create excellent performance.In this paper,the research is the relationship of team leadership authorization,psychological empowerment and team performance;it is composed of six chapters.The first chapter is introduction.First discussed in this paper is under the background of how to produce and what it contains theoretical and practical significance,the next step is described in this paper,the research methods used and written ideas,finally illustrates the innovation points in this paper.The second chapter is literature review.Comprehensive system lists the relevant authorized team leader behavior,team psychological empowerment and team performance research literature,and the team leader authorization,psychological empowerment and team performance research literature on the relationship between this paper and makes a simple review.The third chapter is the construction of a theoretical model,dimension definition and research hypothesis.First of all,on the basis of a large number of literature and the author for a long time thinking and exploration,this article put forward the theoretical framework,and then to the specific dimensions of each variable partition and defined,and finally put forward all the relevant research hypothesis.The fourth chapter is the questionnaire design and data analysis.It is an investigation questionnaire design,and the reliability of data and validity of the implementation of scientific analysis of data.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing.It is the use of SPSS and Amos software shall be inspected and the assumptions for empirical analysis.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.First summarized the research conclusion obtained in this paper in the system,then puts forward some targeted Suggestions,and the content of this paper are pointed out limitations and shortcomings,and finally,the paper points out the future exploration of perspective.
