With the continuous development of the world economy and the continuous advancement of science and technology,mankind will usher in the fourth industrial revolution.Teams are everywhere,and in the face of a changing world and increasingly fierce competition,more organizations are beginning to focus on high-performance team building.The topic on how to build and improve team effectiveness has important theoretical and practical significance.At present,the research on the topic of team work is extensive,but the relevant theoretical research lacks practical application based on different team culture,industry,development stage,and practical research of high performance teams on how to cooperate through conflict management,teamwork,team communication and so on.Based on the actual problems and challenges faced by the test team of the global communications leader N company,this thesis,around the goal of building a high-performance test team,will propose the corresponding optimization plan.First,strengthen the understanding of team work by consulting relevant literature and integrating related key factors.Then,based on learning organization theory,incentive theory and the theory of conflict management,the problems faced by the test team are diagnosed through questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis.Combined with relevant theories,the problems of team management will be analyzed to clarify the unreasonable aspects of the test team management,then put forward the corresponding management optimization plan.Finally,verify the actual results by implementing the optimized management plan,and summarize the implementation experience of the program.Through the implementation of the optimization plan,the establishment of the target guidance system makes the test team and members more clear about their team goals and personal career development path;Besides,the organizational structure of the N company test team is more in line with the learning organization form,and has built a learning sharing platform for team members;What's more,the performance appraisal system and incentive system have been improved;Additionally,effective conflict management and the strengthening of the team culture help the test team to form a good atmosphere of unity,harmony and mutual help.The N company test team has improved the team's efficiency by establishing the target guidance system,optimizing the organizational structure,improving the performance incentive system,and implementing effective conflict management.In this way,it is hoped that it can provide corresponding reference experience for the other teams' practice of high-performance team building.
