In recent years, with the rapid development of the continuous expansion of city size and economy, the scale of the existing gas station can not meet the demand. Natural gas supply system is gradually perfect, the direct to consumer project of natural gas terminal station layout is gradually expanding. However, at present our country in the project risk management is still exists the problem of lack of risk awareness, risk identification, risk evaluation method is not comprehensive single. Therefore, the application of gas station is project risk management is particularly important. In this paper a method of combining theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, to study the project risk management of G filling station. The main purpose of the study is to identify the risk factors of filling station project, the project's internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats to conduct a comprehensive understanding of the establishment of evaluation index system of risk analysis of security risks of G company at the present stage, it is suitable for the filling station construction project results, to determine the level of risk management, to take measures to prevent and control risk, reduce or eliminate the influence caused by the risk of the project. This paper uses the brains storm method and SWOT method to identify eight risk factors, establish the risk list and index system. Through the establishment of a hierarchical structure model, constructing judgment matrix, using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each risk and sorting. The highest risk of safety and environmental protection, and the non oil revenue risk minimum. According to the structure of the expert subjective scoring of the original data matrix TOPSIS method, based on the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the risk weights, using the method of TOPSIS theory to carry on the comprehensive evaluation of gas station project risk G, that is suitable for stage G filling station construction mode. Evaluation results show that, compared to pure gas station, oil and gas mixing station is more suitable for the present construction of G company. Through the response and control of project risk, the risk of G company at the present stage of the development of gas station project has been effectively controlled.
