Study On The Industrial And Commercial Registration System Reforming Of Quanzhou City

In the historical process of establishing and improving the market economy system in our country, the Industrial and Commercial Registration System has played a positive role in cultivating market participants, ensuring the safety of transactions and maintaining the market order. With the continuous development of economy and the deepening of the Reform, the existing Industrial and Commercial Registration System, to some extent, inhibits the development vitality of market participants and the efficiency of market allocation of resources. Therefore, the reform of Industrial and Commercial Registration System is imperative. From the perspective of Chinese government's function in strengthening the enterprise registration, the author analyses the main problems and reasons of enterprise registration system in our country, looks at the function orientation of Industrial and Commercial Registration System, and puts forward the necessity of reform. This thesis attempts to explore the “local effect” brought by the reform of enterprise registration system through a microcosm of a prefecture-level city. It also analyzes some of the first trial measures taken by the reform, points out its existing problems and breakthrough in the process and puts forward the measures and suggestions to promote industrial and commercial registration system reform from analyzing the general situation, influence and effect of Quanzhou Industrial and Commercial Registration System reform.
