The Study On Process Reengineering Of Enterprises Registration Administrative Approvel Based On Petri Net

Entering to the market of one enterprise is based on the register of administrativeexamination and approval. It is helpful for investors to enter the market quickly andeffectively by recycling the process of enterprises register administrative approval as longas optimizing process of approvaling and shorten the time for approval,it’s also benefitfor investors participating the competition and promoting the environment of localinvestment. This study is focused on registered administrative approval processes，thestudy uses Petri-net modeling for process modeling and analysing, and puts forward amethod of process reengineering on enterprises register administrative approval,thenevaluates the performance of the process.First of all，according to the results of field survey and data collecting, we canaccurately understand the process and related companies during the whole process ofenterprises administrative approval,in all aspects of the information, and by describing thecurrent process the following text describes the main processes and sub-processes usingwith flowchart.Secondly, choose the modeling method of registration administrative approval andconstructing the modle. Comparison between the existing modeling methods, flow chart,IDEF model, service chain model and Perti network reveals that Petri network is the mostsuitable modeling method. Then using Petri network builts up the main process andsub-processes models of enterprises register administrative approval, and tested thecorrectness of the model structure.Again, the study analyzed the model of enterprise registration administrativeapproval process, and then designed the project of reengineering process. Firstly, the studycalculated Petri network’s correlation matrix of enterprises registered model and found outthe independent sub-networks, then based on the inner relationships of Petri networkcorrelation matrix, the study analysed the model, and put forword the method of processreengineering on enterprises register administrative approval and reconstructive modle.Finally, the study evaluated the performance of enterprise register administrative approval process from the aspects of efficiency and quality, take the performance on timeas the parameters of enterprise register administrative approval process efficiency andutilization together with efficiency as the parameters of enterprise register administrativeapproval process quality, at last, the study compared the process between the original andthe reengineering process from three aspects: average delay time, the utilization rate andoperation efficiency of change.
