Agricultural Modernization Progress And The Development Countermeasures In Qingyuan

As the economy develops, agricultural modernization is the only way to boost the economy. There was still a great gap in the degree of agricultural modernization between China and the development countries, thus the study concerning analyizing and adjusting the structure of agriculture needed to be carried out. The development strategy of economy in Qingyuan should be adjusted by mean of combining with its own situation, which contributes to industry development. This article discussed on the basic connotation of agricultural modernization, and integrated with the domestic and international theories of agricultural modernization, and made an analysis of economic development, agricultural mechanization, industrializaion, informatization and the contruction of the tourism industry of Qingyuan city. Problems did exist according to the analysis, therefore, the paper endeavor to propound some solutions after analyzing these problems. The main conclusions are follows:(1) Agricultural industry was dominated by planting, of which rice was the main crops and agricultural production types were simple, thus more variety types should be planted. Agricultural industry should be combined with processing industry, forming a system of production, processes and sales, to expand the industry chain, increasing the product value.(2) Agricultural mechanization was influenced by land separate management and simple planting production types, leading to few effects than expected. Agricultural machineries for rice production and small agricultural machineries were in the leading role. Therefore, agricultural mechanization should be as far as possible to achieve a full range of agricultural machinery, and encourage and support the agricultural cooperatives, strengthen agricultural service system and agricultural extension, increase investment in agricultural training.(3) Agricultural leading enterprises and agricultural cooperative organizations were limited in number, and has been in decline, the government should support leading enterprises and agricultural cooperative organizations appropriately, combining with the agricultural technology extension system and vigorously promote agricultural production and sales, which will not only protect the farmers' production and stability of development, but also to build a strong brand.(4) To information construction, ecommerce platform was messy with low application rate, the agricultural ecommerce enterprises needed to be fostered and supported by government to improve the platform for electronic commerce information, and organize network information resources to avoid risks and improve the economic benefits of production and sales.(5) Tourism management mode was simple, and had not yet been formed a larger regional brand, which was hard to drive the regional coordinated development, so tourist spots should be upgraded by mean of market sharing and resource sharing with in the scenic linkage cooperation and build up ecological characteristics of regional tourism brand, which will enhance the competitiveness of tourism products in Qingyuan.
