Meanwhile, combining with the fact of the social economy and the reality of the agricultural development of Suqian, this paper focus on analyzing the current situation and the existing problems of agricultural informationization construction in Suqian.That is the governments do not play leading roles in and some leaders have not paid attention enough to this point; the overall economic strength of Suqian isn't strong ,and the investment ability of informationization is very low; agricultural information service system is not perfect enough, poor service level in the total system; There is a serious shortage in talented people of such a field; many farmers have a poor knowledge of agriculture information and low income level, which make less use of it. At the same time, the writer puts forward some focal points and a considerable amount of suggestion to solve the above problems. There are mainly seven aspect: to play the governments'leading role in agricultural informationization; to enhance overall economic strength of Suqian; to strengthen the infrastructure Construction of agricultural information; to perfect agricultural information service system; to vigorously develop and make full use of agricultural information resources; to strengthen the talent team construction of agricultural information ; to enhance information-based education and training, so as to reinforce the capacity of farmers for using the information.
