Study On Development Status, Problems And Countmeasures Of Urban Agricultural Eco-tourism In Guangzhou

Agriculture is the primary industry and basic industry in China, and it is very important to the social stability and economic development of our country. With the rapid development of global economy, the life stress of modern urban residents is increasing. More and more people are eager to return to nature and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful country life.Therefore, the urban agricultural eco-tourism came into being. As a metropolis, the research on the development strategy of urban agricultural eco-tourism in Guangzhou is meaningful.In this paper, the development status, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of urban agricultural eco-tourism in Guangzhou were studied using literature review, data collection, field survey, interview and other methods. The results showed that the development of Guangzhou urban agricultural eco-tourism is rapidly which may promote rural economic development, increase the income of peasants and improve rural style. But there are also many problems, such as some agricultural eco-tourism projects has small scale, low level,high degree of homogeneity and lack of prominent characteristics and innovations. Ecological pollution and non-civilized tourism issues are outstanding, part of the tourism project services are not standardized, the supporting facilities are insufficient, government management,business guidance and marketing efforts are not enough, and so on. These problems restricted the development of Guangzhou urban agricultural eco-tourism seriously, which need the government, social, enterprise and employees work together to solve them.For these problems, combining with the experience in China and abroad, we put forward the following suggestions to further promote the development of Guangzhou urban agricultural eco-tourism:(1) Make scientific planning and clarify the developing position for urban agricultural eco-tourism in Guangzhou.(2) Build boutique project and highlight the brand effects.(3) Strengthen government?s management and promote the service level of agricultural eco-tourism.(4) Strengthen the work of publicity and promotion and enhance the marketawareness of agricultural eco-tourism projects.(5) Protect the rural environment and create a good environment for Tourism.(6) Combine urban agricultural eco-tourism with New Countryside Construction closely.(7) Explore the new mode of agricultural eco-tourism.
