Comparative Study Of Farmer Entrepreneurial Model At Home And Abroad

After the late nineties of last century, "SanNong" problems severely interfere economic and social development in China. Non-rural measures are important to solve these problems, but rural, farmer, agriculture are more essential to solve "SanNong" problems. Because farmer entrepreneurship can boost employment and incomes of farmer and promote rural economic development, farmer entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve "SanNong" problems in the internal way. Thus, this paper would focus on farmer entrepreneurship which is based on the entrepreneurial model. I compare the home and abroad to find some specific guidance and recommendation for farmers to select an entrepreneurial model. Finally, I make same measures and recommendations of promoting farmer entrepreneurship in China.Firstly, I do theoretical analysis. In the first place, I define the concept of farmer entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial model. Combining the characteristics of Chinese farmers and the research perspective of this paper, the definition of peasant entrepreneurship is that farmer give up the original agriculture's small-scale business mode,choose Individual or cooperative economic organizations as the mode of entrepreneurship and invest in the agriculture or other areas. The definition of entrepreneurial model is that in different entrepreneurial environment and for different entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial elements including entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial resources, and organizations combine variously. After the definition, I do some theoretical research on entrepreneurial model,entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial environment and farmer entrepreneurship.Next, based on the theoretical analysis, I establish the analysis framework for the influence factor of farmer entrepreneurial model. The analysis framework is based on two aspects of external environment and entrepreneurial characteristics. The factors of external environment on farmer entrepreneurial model include Institutional factors, government policy and support, education and training, regional economic development level, infrastructure and natural environmental conditions and environment of society culture. The factors of entrepreneurs include entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurs'opportunity identification and development capability, entrepreneurs'resource integrated ability and entrepreneurs'viability.Then, based on the theoretical analysis and factor framework, I do comparative study of farmer entrepreneurial model at home and abroad. Choosing U.S.A, UK and Japan as representative countries, I analyze the farmer entrepreneurial model in foreign. First, I respectively present entrepreneurship conditions of farmer in these three countries. Then, I made a summary of farmer entrepreneurial model in foreign. Finally I analyze reasons for the formation of farmer entrepreneurial model in foreign. Then, I analyze the farmer entrepreneurial model in the domestic. First, assorting according to different classification perspective, I analyze status of farmer entrepreneurship in our country. Then, I analyze reasons for the formation of farmer entrepreneurial model in our country. Finally I do comparative study of farmer entrepreneurial model at home and abroad.Afterwards, based on practical analysis and comparative analysis, I study on the entrepreneurial model selection of farmers in our country. Based on comparative study of farmer entrepreneurial model at home and abroad, and combined with national conditions of China and the status of Chinese peasant, rural, agriculture, I propose the selection principle and method of farmer entrepreneurial model in our country. Finally, I Vividly interpret the selection of farmer entrepreneurship model by case study.Finally, I propose some measures and suggestions to promote farmer entrepreneurship in our country. Compared home to abroad about the farmer entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial model, I propose some measures and suggestions to promote farmer entrepreneurship in our country.
