With the increasing complexity of market economy environment, growing diversity of consumer demand and the rapid rise of electronic commerce, the way of the management of rigid supply chain model of traditional manufacturing enterprise already lags behind seriously, completely unable to adapt to the new market demand of rapid change.How to positively respond to the complex market environment and consumer demand, how to successfully "upgrade" to build a high-performance,low-internal-friction and quick-response ecological elastic supply chain system matching with production capacity and consumer demand are severe challenges facing the traditional manufacturing enterprises.As a result, the ecological elastic supply chain provides a new train of thought for the present uncountable unpredictable, uncertain problems of the manufacturing enterprises.This paper proposes a kind of distribution system elasticity strategy of supply chain elasticity, from the point of the strategic goal dealing with the supply chain management,combined with the factory management practices and taking supply chain distribution system of a large foreign cosmetics manufacturing in Canton province as a research object. This paper firstly build the concept model of supply chain distribution system with the use of Data Mining,Dynamic Programming Model.Secondly, this paper analyzes the business model,the system framework, system control variables and the environmental parameters and the performance output index of distributed simulation system and build the model of distributed simulation system based on MATLAB and simulate and solve the problem of this model based on the current situation of distribution of XX enterprise and the optimized research on the distribution system.The research results of this paper show that the optimization goal of a suitable supply chain distribution system mainly include production inhibitory factor, service level and inventory level.The simulation results of XX factories show that the optimal inhibitory factor of the first production is 75%, while the optimal inhibitory factor of complementary production is 76% and the inventory level and service level during the ending of the promotion achieve the optimal value.The results provide the theoretical support for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to formulate flexible supply chain distribution strategy, give meaningful guidance for this enterprise to formulate and implement supply chain distribution strategies and can also provide suggestions and references for enterprises of the same type to promote transformation and upgrading of the supply chain.
