Climate change has become a global issue, national development and reform commission decided to agree to Beijing, tianjin, Shanghai, chongqing, hubei,Guangdong and shenzhen as pilot emissions trading. Initial pilot program carried out according to the various provinces and cities, carbon trading and transaction type is mainly divided into total control and benchmark credit transactions. Shanghai has explicitly incorporate civil aviation emissions trading system, six other provinces and cities also explicitly pointed out that in the "twelfth five-year" period will put transport industry into the system. In reference to the international emissions trading system implementation plan,on the basis of combining "about accelerating industry energy conservation and emissions reduction work guidance of" the civil aviation emissions reduction targets, put forward two kinds of emissions trading scheme: including civil aviation cap-and-trade, benchmark credit and trading. Monadic linear regression prediction method, logic, growth curve, trend extrapolation method will predict the future development of civil aviation in our country. After the civil aviation was incorporated into the domestic emissions trading system will result in cost increases, airlines will take price method to improve profitability, based on the demand price theory in economics, quantitative analysis method for airlines to study the changes of costs and benefits. It is concluded that the benchmark credit and trading mechanism is an effective implementation plan, can not only control the airlines CO2 emissions, but also will not affect the normal development of airlines.
