The career management was put forward in the sixties of the 19th century by western scholars.Many scholars attach great importance to the subject.It also has a lot of related theoretical research.And it is one of the hot issues in the study of human resources management.Business owners are aware of this work can contribute to the development of organizational and personal career.On condition of effective development of talent and giving full play to the talent,the enterprise can get the scientific and sustainable development.But many enterprises just stay in the application of some strategies and measures in staff career management work.The establishment of the system is not scientific and perfect.Some measures even cause bad effect in employee.Family business is a main form of enterprise organization.It is an important subject of our country's economic construction.How to eliminate family members and non family members of unfair treatment,and how to set up employee career development channels,are the focus of researchers.This paper selects CZ company such a family business as the research object.Through the questionnaire and interview conversation,the company's employee career management problems were found and studied on.After problem analysis,optimization design of staff career management is based on the actual condition of CZ compony.Problems of the CZ company are found after the study.It doesn't have career management mechanism.The career development path is limited.The treatment of family members and non family members are not fair,etc.To solve the problems,this paper presents plans.Founding the company leadership group,constructing multidimensional employee career development channels and other measures.At the same time,the article puts forward some safeguard measures.Improving the employee training system,establishing compensation management system and performance appraisal system career management-oriented.The article also points outimplementation of the measures between family members and non family members must be fair,in order to give the full play of the system.The research provide advice and support for the CZ company employee career management.The staff's career get better development.Both family members and non family members' work enthusiasm and efficiency have been improved.It also bring some reference to the family enterprise staffs career management,and provide empirical case study for the related research.
