In order to comply with the Internet policy guidance and market development trend of cross-border collaboration, this paper put forward the idea that the life insurance company should establish the platform of the life insurance marketing team at the grass-roots level and regionalization terminal integrated services. And it should be based on the demand of the sustainable and healthy development of modern insurance services, and the current problems of insurance marketing team, and the demand of existing bottleneck breakthrough of terminal market.This paper considers almost all the influencing factors, including insurance products, the nature of the recruitment and marketing staff growth characteristics. Firstly, this paper outlines the advantages of life insurance marketing team at the grass-roots level in the establishment of comprehensive service platform of regionalization terminal market. Then this paper expounds the advantages of the life insurance, marketing team of cross-border synergy and the resources advantage of long and medium-term, taking one life insurance company as an example. Secondly, this paper summarizes the collectivize trend of existing insurance operators and present situation of comprehensive service development. It also introduces the theory of regionalization terminal integrated service platform for the construction of cross-border collaboration, and also discusses the possible path of comprehensive services for unrealized group carried out in cooperation with other operators to expand. And the paper analyses the possibility of the life insurance marketing team at the grass-roots level in the regional comprehensive financial terminal and the feasibility of expansion of cross-border services. And then it analyzes the regional terminal feasibility of integrated service platform gradual promotion pattern.Finally, respectively this paper expounds the modularization management of basic marketing team on terminal services platform and service areas, the modularization management of resources providing platform and resource management platform of cross-border collaboration management, as well as regional terminal integrated service platform of the overall system operation and modular management, comprehensive service platform and the regionalization of terminal system of collaborative construction, and this paper makes the preliminary conclusion and prospect about the future.In this paper, the main innovation point lies in the analysis of the advantage on the life insurance marketing team at the grass-roots level and cross-border collaboration. And this paper uses case data to describe life insurance company resource advantages. This paper pays attention to the needs on development of the micro and macro subject. Firstly, the analysis meets the comprehensive needs of user in terminal market and the development of the marketing team in the micro-level situation. Secondly, the analysis helps cut the cost of companies and extend in low assets, and it also helps cross-border collaboration and scope economic benefit in middle-level situation. Thirdly, the analysis can conform to the trend of macro economic development and meet the needs of power supply in macro-level situation. In this paper, the main shortcoming is lack of practical cases and practical experience because of research subject. Therefore, it will influence the result of analysis, the depth of research field, and practical operability.
