In recent years,with the development of science and technology,policy changes and the continuous changes of the overall market environment,the financial industry is facing revolutionary changes.At the consumer level: the disposable income and wealth of residents are increasing,and the consumer demand and requirements for financial products and financial services are increasing;On the level of market competition: the products between banks are seriously homogenized,the inter-bank competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the original service model is stuck in a bottleneck,and new ideas and models emerge in endlessly;At the level of policy supervision: the financial supervision has been continuously strengthened,the supervision of the CBRC,the People’s Bank of China and other regulatory agencies has been strengthened,and various policies have been continuously tightened.The overall environment has changed dramatically,and the banking industry is facing great changes.As one of the four traditional state-owned commercial banks in China,Agricultural Bank of China has always been one of its core competitive advantages in terms of its extensive offline network resources.However,at present,there are problems of low comprehensive efficiency and poor inter-bank competitiveness in all branches,which have not brought due benefits under the huge operating costs.A large number of branches have not formed advantages but become a burden.How to improve the construction level of the network team to improve the efficiency of the network so that the network can adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition and give full play to its own advantages has become the key for the current grass-roots managers of Agricultural Bank of China to improve their comprehensive strength and increase market share.Through investigation,this paper found that there are many problems in the team construction and management of Agricultural Bank of China outlets,such as unreasonable salary system,imperfect management system,inflexible incentive mechanism,unsound promotion and growth channels for employees,lack of internal and external support of the organization,poor team cooperation ability,lack of trust among team members,and so on.In order to understand the current situation of agricultural bank team building more intuitively and profoundly,this paper introduces the IMOI model,builds the efficiency model of commercial bank network team,and uses the team efficiency model and the analytic hierarchy process to build the efficiency evaluation system of commercial bank network team on the basis of data collection.Through the use of team efficiency model and evaluation system,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of team construction in a grass-roots network of Agricultural Bank of China,and on this basis,provides scientific and operable relevant improvement measures for the team construction of grass-roots network of Agricultural Bank of China through theoretical knowledge of team construction.This paper provides a systematic analysis tool of team building and management for the grass-roots managers of commercial banks to help them conduct research and analysis of problems in practice.The relevant suggestions and measures can also trigger some new problem-solving thinking,provide some guidance for the construction of the grass-roots network team of Agricultural Bank of China,and also make theoretical contributions to the research in the field of efficient team building.
