An Empirical Study On Collaboration Between Cross-Border E-Commerce Platform And Logistics

With the development of the times,China's cross-border e-commerce has attracted the attention of more and more enterprises and consumers,and has gradually become a new driving force for the reform and upgrading of traditional foreign trade.The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has led to changes in key elements such as cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics.At the same time,it also raises higher requirements for the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics.At present,there are more and more research results on cross-border e-commerce,but it is still relatively small in terms of total amount,and most of the studies lack systematic views and mature theoretical support.With the increasing influence of cross-border e-commerce,the systematic study of cross-border e-commerce,especially the cross-border e-commerce platform and the cross-border logistics collaborative research,which is imperative and profound.From the perspective of systems and collaborative theories,this paper analyzes the lack of cooperation between cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics from the angles of system and elements,elements and elements,and elements themselves.At the same time,it is based on the components of the cross-border e-commerce system to analyze the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce system collaboration,and to use the related theory of supply chain collaboration,multidimensional research on the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border logistics collaboration.Based on the research and discussion on the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics collaboration,first,we attempted to build a theoretical model for the cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border logistics synergy,put forward research hypotheses;then designed a small sample test questionnaire,according to the results of the small sample test,the contents of the final survey questionnaire were established,and the structural equation model of the cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border logistics was constructed.After that the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software,with the validity test and the model fit analysis,the final hypothesis test results are obtained.At last,it was found that the significant factors affecting cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics collaboration include cross-border e-commerce platform collaboration with other elements,cross-border logistics and other elements synergies,and cross-border logistics chain collaboration;however,cross-border logistics and other factors Collaboration also significantly affects cross-border logistics chain collaboration.This finding provides a great reference for studying the realization path of cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border logistics cooperation.In addition,the use of JUSDA cases to further demonstrate the rationality of cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border logistics collaborative structural model.At the same time combining theory with practice,the cross-border e-commerce platform and the cross-border logistics synergistic implementation path were refined through hypothetical results and JUSDA cases,providing reasonable suggestions for the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce.
