Research On Financial Support To The Development Of Strategic Emerging Industry In The Inner Mongolia

Strategic emerging industries are the core areas of the country to seize the commanding heights of the new round of economic and technological development. In October 2010, the State Council issued the "State Council on accelerating the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries", the development of strategic emerging industries as a major national strategy to put on the agenda. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region actively respond to the national call, based on the industrial practice, the new energy industry, new equipment manufacturing and other industries become the major areas of development. To develop strategic emerging industries will be an important starting point for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with upgrading industry structure and transforming the way of economic development. Industry’s development is inseparable from the financial support, the article is based on the investigation and statistical data, to study the current situation of financial support, problems and influence factors of the development of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, proposing countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of financing, service platform, policy support and so on, with a view to Inner Mongolia to formulate relevant policies as a reference.This paper is based on the definition of strategic emerging industry, using the leading industries theory, emerging industries theory, theory of financial support, with the literature analysis method, empirical analysis method to analyze the relationship between the development of strategic emerging industries and financial support in Inner Mongolia. The study found that the development of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia was positively related to financial support, financing structure and so on. Market capitalization rate, rate of indirect financing, financial scale, financial efficiency correlation was descending order. Therefore, in order to improve the financial support of the strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia, first, to increase direct financing support of strategic emerging industries, second, to improve the indirect financial support of strategic emerging industries, third, we must advance the strategic emerging industry investment and financing service platform construction. Fourth, we must strengthen the policy financial support for the development of strategic emerging industries.
